Leader Barclay Joins Local Participants from Association Of New York State Youth Bureaus' 21st Annual Youth Leadership Forum

Earlier this week, Assembly Minority Leader Will Barclay (R,C-Pulaski) met with Oswego County students participating in the 21st Annual Youth Leadership Forum held by the Association of New York State Youth Bureaus. The forum is an interactive leadership and educational seminar offered to those 12 years of age and older. Students participate in group discussions, team building exercises and meet with local elected officials to learn more about what they do for their communities.
