Miller Visits With Residents At Otsego County Fair
Assemblyman Brian Miller (R,I-New Hartford) recently joined Otsego County residents to kick off the Otsego County fair in Morris. Miller visited with members of the local agricultural community and met with residents to discuss issues they’d like to see addressed in Albany.
“This is a great event put on each year in Otsego County and we’re just glad to be part of it,” said Miller. “It’s a nice opportunity to meet and interact with local residents, as well as members of the agricultural industry. This event really showcases the best of what Otsego County has to offer this state. It highlights the importance of agriculture to the economy and its significance in making this state stronger, while also making it a better place to live, work and raise a family in.”
The Otsego County Fair has grown substantially since its inception in 1877 and now boasts an average attendance of more than 30,000 per year. This year’s event runs July 31 through August 5.
