Queens, New York – Assemblyman David I. Weprin, the Jewish Federation, and the Jewish Foundation of Nashville and Middle Tennessee co-hosted the National Association of Jewish Legislators (NAJL) annual breakfast at the National Conference of State Legislatures annual summit in Nashville, Tennessee. Weprin is Co-President of NAJL along with Utah State House Representative Patrice M. Arent, the only Jewish legislator in Utah. Jewish legislators from all parts of the country discussed many topics of importance including anti-BDS legislation, the rise in anti-Semitism and hate fueled violence, and Holocaust survivors programs and education.
