“The Women’s Equality Agenda announced by Governor Cuomo aligns with the Assembly’s long held position on women's equity and moves New York toward finally erasing the gender gap once and for all. We must assure that all women are treated and compensated equally in the workplace; that they feel safe in their homes, jobs and communities; that all women are free from discriminative practices and that they are allowed to make health choices about their own bodies.
