Majority’s Record-High State Budget Does Nothing to Fight Soaring Inflation, Consumer Prices, Or Crime

A statement from Assemblyman Ed Ra (R- Franklin Square)

“The one-house budget presented by the Assembly Majority shatters previous records by spending almost $12 billion in state operating funds over last year, an increase of over 10 percent. Despite spending $226 billion this proposal does nothing to fight the soaring inflation, gas prices and crime that has come as a result of the progressive policy agenda.”
