Ra Honors 11 Women in This Year's Women Of Distinction Ceremony

Assemblyman Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) honored this year's Women of Distinction honorees on Saturday, Sept. 24. This was the Assemblyman’s 9th year hosting this celebration, where women from the district were selected for their notable accomplishments professionally and within the community. This year's event included keynote speaker Mary-Grace Tomecki and Brooke Beck was the singer, providing music for the ceremony. Family and friends were in attendance for the presentation of the Women of Distinction proclamations.
“I am proud to recognize these truly amazing women. Their accomplishments and commitment to our communities are what make this district a great place to live. It is an honor to applaud their life’s work and celebrate them with their families and friends,” said Ra.
