“The passing of former Assemblywoman Cathy Nolan represents a truly sad day for those of us who served with her in Albany. During my time as Ranking Minority Member of the Assembly Education Committee, she and I had countless conversations in her capacity as the Education Chairwoman. While we agreed on very little policy, her commitment to her constituents, knowledge of issues and genuine love of public service earned her widespread respect.
