Today, they continued to lie about their efforts to stonewall lawmakers, advocates and prosecutors who were seeking the real data about nursing home deaths.

I am joining my Assembly Minority colleagues in sponsoring a concurrent resolution to create a temporary bipartisan legislative commission to investigate the governor’s mishandling of the nursing home crisis. We’ll issue subpoenas. We’ll review documents and communications. We’ll compel testimony. We can’t do our jobs if we don’t have all the facts,” said Ra.
