Ra Honors the Winners of His Annual Video Challenge

Recently, Assemblyman Ed Ra (R-Franklin Square) presented certificates to the winners of his 2021 Video Challenge.Ms. Bruno’s students at H. Frank Carey High School created an immersive, insightful video. This year’s prompt was “Influencers and You - From Lizzo to Bezos how is social media affecting your life?”
“These students really impressed me with their nuanced take on social media, exploring the benefits of connection and new information as well as the proliferation of potentially corrosive social pressures. The video looked and sounded cool. I want to thank all of the kids across the district who participated. Congratulations again to the students from H. Frank Carey High School,” said Ra.
