“The public deserves to know how their hard-earned tax dollars are being spent, and this ‘three men in a room’ process that has plagued Albany for decades flies in the face of everything we have sworn to uphold as elected officials. We need to pull back the curtains on these backroom deals, pork barrel spending and politicians who use your tax dollars as their personal slush funds.

“Let us not forget it was the Assembly Majority who shamelessly voted to block 12 common-sense ethics reforms aimed at increasing transparency, openness and accountability back in January. I will continue to call out public corruption regardless of party and expose malfeasance as we deliberate and negotiate our state budget.”
