Today, Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon (D-C Marcy) is pleased to announce the upcoming 6th Annual Women of Distinction award ceremony, scheduled for Friday, March 8th. This event, held in honor of Women's History Month, aims to celebrate the remarkable contributions of women in the Mohawk Valley who unwaveringly strive to make a positive difference in their communities.

Nominees must reside in the 119th Assembly District, which includes the city of Rome and Utica and the towns, Holland Patent, Floyd, Marcy, New York Mills, Oriskany, Stittville, Whitesboro, and Yorkville.
