Assemblywoman Buttenschon to Hold Winter Accessories Drive Press Conference

Assemblywoman Marianne Buttenschon (D-Utica/Rome) announced that she will be holding a press conference on Tuesday, Oct. 15, to kick off her Winter Accessories Drive. She’s asking Mohawk Valley residents to join her in donating new hats, gloves and scarves for children and adults to be donated to the Mohawk Valley Community Action Agency, the Mohawk Valley Resource Center for Refugees, and Upstate Cerebral Palsy. She will be joined by representatives from each organization, Bo Jelovac of The Utica City Football Club, and a team member from the Utica Comets at the press conference. The drive will run through Tuesday, Dec. 3 – GivingTuesday.
