“As this fiscal year is quickly coming to a close, I’ve been working hard on a 2021-22 state budget that invests in New York’s recovery. My recent appointment to the joint General Government/Local Assistance Budget Committee will allow me to be a strong voice for the Mohawk Valley and bring the concerns and needs of our communities to the forefront of these negotiations. This is an extraordinarily important budget year. Our families continue to face significant challenges caused by the pandemic and it’s critical that we provide them with meaningful support.
