Assemblyman Robert Smullen (R,C-Mohawk Valley and the Adirondacks) will attend the grand opening of the New York State Baseball Hall of Fame Museum in Gloversville on Saturday, July 29. Many significant artifacts will be displayed in the museum, and a Hall of Fame plaque wall as well as a theater room with player and career highlights will be exhibited, honoring the history of New York’s contribution to this great American pastime. In addition, fifteen Hall of Famers (many former Major League Baseball players) will be attending the museum’s grand opening.
