I am pleased that Will Barclay has become the leader of the Minority Conference in the Assembly. Leader Barclay has long been a champion for reforming Albany, fighting for lower taxes and more accountability in our government.

As we enter into the new legislative session, I am looking forward to working with Leader Barclay to build on our conference’s achievements last year such as making permanent the 2% property tax cap and providing a college tuition benefit to Gold Star families.
