Hawley Honors 100 Years At Godfrey’s Pond
Assemblyman Steve Hawley (R, I, C – Batavia) joined the members of the Genesee County Fish and Game Protection Association at Godfrey’s Pond to celebrate their centennial anniversary. Well over 200 people were in attendance as Assemblyman Hawley presented the club with a state proclamation commemorating the occasion.
“For the past 100 years, Godfrey’s Pond has expanded to become one of the leading sports clubs in Western New York, if not our entire state. I am very proud to join my fellow outdoors sports enthusiasts here for this wonderful occasion and would like to thank the members of Godfrey’s Pond for their dedication and leadership in responsible environmental stewardship,” said Assemblyman Hawley.
