We, the residents of Southeast Brooklyn and Rockaway, Queens and the “Coalition for Better Communities” are demanding that the City of New York NOT seek a lease renewal at Floyd Bennett Field to continue to house thousands of migrants in our National Park. Our communities are vehemently opposed to this action and have been significantly impacted during the past year that the prior lease was in effect.
